Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor met with the new Chairman of multinational law firm DWF at the Al Habtoor Group head office. Knowles, who is based in the UK, was accompanied by DWF Managing Partner & CEO Andrew Leaitherland and Rabih Tabbara, International Arbitration Partner, who is based in the UAE.
The DWF Chairman, who was in the United Arab Emirates to meet with high-profile individuals, told Al Habtoor about the status of the global legal system in general. He also served in the high-profile position of High Sheriff of Greater London for one year in 2016.
Al Habtoor wished him the best of luck in his new role and told him about the benefits of doing business in the UAE. “The UAE is a multicultural society which encourages businesses to flourish,” he said. “There are many advantages here including tax benefits, incentives as well as safety and security.”
