Investors are queuing up to get their hands on The Residence Collection at Al Habtoor City after the Al Habtoor Group launched the sale of the luxury apartments within the highly-anticipated development. Joanna Andrews looks at the demand for what’s being dubbed the ‘most desirable lifestyle destination in the UAE’.

No sooner did the Al Habtoor Group unveil that for the first time ever it is allowing investors to buy into one of its developments, investors were clambering to get the chance to own the first freehold property for sale on Sheikh Zayed Road and the Dubai Water Canal.
